Information collected
A contact request may include name, email, mobile number, selected product need, contact preference, page path, referral source, session identifier, IP address, browser information, both acknowledgement texts and versions, and submission times.
How it is used
Information is used to record the visitor’s request, protect against duplicate or fraudulent submissions, preserve request evidence, operate the product-routing experience, troubleshoot the service, and prepare a designated recipient for a permitted manual response.
Who receives a request
AssureCenter does not broadcast one request to competing agents. Before any delivery destination is activated, the recipient’s legal identity, licensed role, service area, privacy terms, and approved communication process must be confirmed. Until then, a request remains in the platform’s pending delivery workflow.
Communication choices
The first form checkbox records a request for a manual response by phone or email. It does not authorize automated, prerecorded, or AI-generated marketing calls or texts. Any automated communication requires a separate, recipient-specific consent flow and applicable compliance review before it is enabled.
Your choices
You may use the educational guides and planning tools without providing contact information. You may decline either form acknowledgement and not submit a request. Final access, correction, deletion, and opt-out instructions will be published with the operator’s verified privacy contact and applicable legal review.
Security and retention
Lead and acknowledgement records are stored in platform-backed structured storage with the request timestamp and technical evidence. No online system is completely secure. Retention, deletion, DNC-suppression, and delivery procedures must be approved with each activated recipient before that recipient receives consumer data.
